Yoga&Kids courses are fundamentally practical and based on a unique method designed by Yoga&Kids founder, Cayetana Rodenas. This method is a result of 15 years of experience teaching yoga instructors for kids across the world.
This method is primarily based in the idea of reconnecting with our innate emotions to adopt the necessary attitude to feel like a child again. This way it will be easier to connect with your students in a natural way through the language of yoga. Once our first objective is completed, we will use games, music, and creativity to learn to organize classes and awaken the interest of children in a fun way.
Cayetana Rodenas, entrepreneur and lover of yoga and children, is Yoga&Kids´ founder and the project’s principal driving force. Her constant involvement in the creation and supervision of the courses and training of the Yoga&Kids teachers and instructors, maintains Yoga&Kids´ essence and philosophy.
She has worked as a professor and an international ambassador for many years and has been recognized by many organizations like Rainbow Kids Yoga. She has also led her own yoga center for children in Spain and dedicated a large part of her life to learning from the best with the goal of acquiring all the necessary knowledge to train instructors committed to teaching yoga to kids.
Additionally, Yoga&Kids counts with a large web of instructors across the world that have been personally trained by Cayetana Rodenas. All of them meet the highest standards of professionalism and experience in the training of yoga instructors dedicated to infancy and adolescence. Aside from the professional CV, our instructors meet a personal profile that is specifically based on Yoga&Kids´ philosophy and methodology. We are looking for not only serious and committed professionals, but also passionate, positive and energetic individuals who also have a large amount of empathy for children and adults.
