These Conditions of Contract regulate the use of the online store www.yogakidsworld.es, for which Yoga Kids World SL is legally responsible, hereinafter, Yoga & Kids. These Conditions will be accepted by the parties without reservations, and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, so it will be the User’s responsibility to read them each time you make a purchase, since, the conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract , will be those that are applicable.
Applicable regulations
This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish regulations and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and by General Law 03/2014 for Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These general conditions may be stored and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to the payment of the order.

Shopping at Yoga & Kids is easy and simple, you just have to follow the following steps:
1º.- Select the services that you wish to acquire from among those offered by Yoga & Kids. By clicking on each service, you can access its file, which includes a detailed description with the information, main features and price. If you need more information, do not hesitate to ask us.
2º.- Once you have selected the service (s) you wish to buy, you must press the “buy” or “reserve place” button, the service being incorporated into your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue adding more services to the cart, or proceed directly to the payment.
3º.- Completed the selection of services. Finally, to continue with your hiring, you must press the «Proceeding to payment» button.
4º.- As we have indicated in previous sections, at the end of the contract, you must register, indicating your contact information and address. In your next purchases you will not have to enter your data again, as they will be stored in your User Account.
5º.- Finally, you must choose the means of payment for your contracting from those offered by Yoga & Kids (see next section).
6º.- Once the contracting process is finished, we will send you an email in which the details of it will be detailed, as well as proof of contracting or invoice. Yoga & Kids offers you the option to pay for the course in our own studio.
Prices, taxes, fees and tariffs
The prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event that there is a manifest error in the fixing of the price that appears in the service file, the price established for said service will prevail in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error.
The PVP includes VAT.
Returns
In Yoga & Kids we want satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, we provide you with the possibility of reimbursing the amount of the course that may not fit your needs or expectations. If you have not started the course and want to cancel the registration, you just have to inform us.
– Cancellation made two weeks before the start date of the course. : 100% refund of the amount paid.
– Cancellation made less than two weeks before the start date of the course: 50% refund of the amount
– Cancellation less than one week before the start date of the course: non-refundable amount
